Franciscan Health, an Indiana-based healthcare organization with 12 hospitals and 18,000 employees, needed to improve recruiting amid 2,700 open requisitions, recruiter overload, and challenges keeping job postings accurate while attracting and retaining quality candidates. To address these issues, the team looked for a solution that would integrate with its Workday ATS and help improve recruiting efficiency without losing the human touch.
Phenom implemented its Intelligent Talent Experience platform for Franciscan Health, including a career site, chatbot, Talent CRM, campaigns and events, and one-way interviews. The results were strong: time to hire dropped by 13 days, open positions fell 44%, agency spend decreased 56% saving $73M in two years, and the chatbot alone generated 1,000 additional hires per year. Candidate experience also improved, with NPS rising from 64 to 77 and event hiring converting at 25%.
