Phenom implemented its Intelligent Talent Experience—leveraging Career Site, Chatbot, no‑code CMS, CRM, AI Scheduling, Talent Analytics and HRIS Experience—to consolidate sites and integrate with DHL’s ATS ecosystem. The result: DHL trimmed 200+ sites to 22 in 28 languages, cut time to hire to 14 days (about 40% faster than the industry average), achieved 5x more job seekers per month and improved applicant quality, responsiveness and recruiter productivity under a unified employer brand.
