Newell Brands, the global consumer goods company behind brands like Sharpie, Graco, and Rubbermaid, faced a stagnant career site, slow update cycles, and limited analytics that hurt apply clicks and recruiting ROI. To gain in-house control, deliver targeted marketing, and leverage AI-driven personalization and reporting, Newell Brands partnered with Phenom and adopted the Phenom TXM platform (including Phenom Career Site/CMS, CRM, and Chatbot).
Phenom restructured Newell’s career site with the Phenom CMS, ran brand-specific campaigns via Phenom CRM, and deployed Phenom Chatbot and analytics to hyper-personalize experiences and measure results. The effort drove a 69% increase in apply clicks, 72% more campaigns and 31% more job seekers in one year, grew the talent community from 300 to 13,000, and produced 58,124 chatbot interactions in one month (96% of chatbot users who viewed a job clicked apply, accounting for 17% of total apply clicks), while reducing agency spend and enabling faster content updates.
