Electrolux Group Digitalizes Key HR Processes for Distinct Hiring Edge

Electrolux Group, a global appliance manufacturer, faced a tight talent market and outdated HR tools that created siloes and slowed hiring. To digitalize processes, improve candidate and employee experience, drive internal mobility, and reduce time and cost to hire, Electrolux Group partnered with Phenom and implemented the Phenom Intelligent Talent Experience platform (Career Site, Talent Marketplace, CRM, AI Scheduling, Video Assessments).

Phenom centralized candidate data, launched an active talent community and automated screening and scheduling, enabling Electrolux Group to add more than 126,500 candidates in six months and improve hiring efficiency — including an 84% increase in application conversion, a 51% decrease in incomplete applications and a 9% reduction in time to hire. Phenom’s Video Assessments saved about 20% of recruitment time and AI Scheduling cut scheduling effort by up to 78% (reducing scheduling from ~45 minutes to under 10 minutes), helping Electrolux Group fill roles faster and with better collaboration.
