CONMED, a global medical technology company, needed to modernize its nascent Talent Acquisition function and deliver a branded, user-friendly candidate experience—starting with an improved career site. They selected Phenom and its Intelligent Talent Experience platform to rebrand and rebuild the career site, raise candidate engagement, and streamline hiring across CONMED’s international footprint.
Phenom implemented a dynamic, on-brand Phenom Career Site (built on Phenom CMS), Phenom Chatbot, hosted apply with Workday Recruiting integration, and Phenom University Recruiting and Campaigns to support events and outreach. The result: a 31% conversion rate of career site job visits to apply clicks (nearly 14% above industry average), >80% application completion (~6% above average), 13% of chatbot conversations becoming leads (with nearly half of chatbot-started applications completed), 31% returning visitors (7% above average), and an 84% YOY growth in the talent community.
