AXA Narrows Gap Between TA and TM With Platform Approach To Grow and Retain Talent

AXA, a global insurance and financial services provider operating in 50 countries, faced a decentralized, multi-language hiring environment and needed to modernize talent acquisition while increasing internal mobility. To streamline processes, improve candidate and employee experiences, and better fill roles from within, AXA selected Phenom and its Intelligent Talent Experience platform.

Phenom implemented Employee, Candidate, and Recruiter Experiences—primarily Phenom Talent Marketplace, Phenom Career Site, and Phenom CRM—rolling the marketplace out to 30,000 employees and engaging cross-functional stakeholders. The result: time to apply was cut in half, apply clicks rose 13x and applications (internal + external) increased 11x (apply clicks 530→7,000; external apps 1,800→19,600; internal apps 400→4,350), along with higher site traffic, more CRM leads, and improved analytics thanks to Phenom.
