Terminus’ #FlipMyFunnel community needed a bold way to drive attendance and brand impact for a roadshow in Austin while keeping all outreach orchestrated and reported from a single system. To combine tangible direct mail with digital follow-ups, they partnered with PFL and used PFL’s Tactile Marketing Automation® (TMA®) to add integrated, automated direct-mail sends to their existing marketing platforms.
PFL’s team helped design, fulfill and ship eye-catching giant funnels and integrated delivery data back into the marketing automation platform so #FlipMyFunnel could follow up with personalized videos, emails and retargeting ads. The campaign delivered a 50% response rate and a 46% attendance rate—beating the 30% response and 15% attendance goals—and PFL’s TMA® made direct mail simple, reliable and measurable.
