Paycor Finds Reduced Costs and Greater Reward with Tactile Marketing Automation

Paycor, a leading HR and payroll software provider, faced a scale and efficiency challenge: they wanted to send personalized kits (postcards and branded gifts) to 15,000 prospects but lacked the person-hours and fulfillment capabilities to do so cost-effectively. To reduce time and cost while growing pipeline, Paycor partnered with PFL and implemented PFL’s Tactile Marketing Automation® (TMA®) with address verification and Marketo integration.

PFL used TMA® and its Address Validation and Append Service to update 55,000+ data points, identify that 61% of addresses were at high risk of return, and prevent $160K+ in print/fulfillment losses. The program delivered 95% of packages (versus ~75% historically), helped Paycor achieve 209% of its sales-opportunity goal, and outperformed manual direct mail by 7×—results that led to many ongoing programs with PFL.
