Exabeam, a leading provider of big data security analytics, needed a way to break through digital noise and get C‑level and VP prospects into the top of the sales funnel. To accelerate meetings with these hard-to-reach buyers, Exabeam partnered with PFL and implemented PFL’s Tactile Marketing Automation (TMA) to add high-quality, dimensional mail to an account-based marketing program.
PFL integrated TMA with Exabeam’s marketing automation to automate personalized physical and digital sends, consulted on premium print production, and provided campaign reporting. The campaign produced an 8% meeting rate (vs. 10% goal), a 69% conversion of meetings to opportunities (vs. 33% goal), $5.5M in pipeline (vs. $2.5M goal), and a 1:120 ROI—doubling Exabeam’s projected pipeline conversion and dramatically accelerating engagement.
