Suffolk Public Schools, a 2,100-employee district across Suffolk, VA, wanted an inclusive wellness program that could engage staff across different roles, locations, and levels of technology and health literacy. Working with Personify Health, the district focused on making wellness personal, approachable, and accessible through appreciation events, feedback surveys, and participation options for all employees.

Personify Health helped Suffolk Public Schools evolve its program into a goal-driven, points-based wellness platform with challenges, incentives, Wellness Champions, biometric screenings, and custom rewards. The result was strong engagement and positive health behavior change: more than half of staff participated in the Employee Wellness Program, and reported impact included improved daily habits, greater social connection, more active high-risk members, and reduced blood pressure among hypertensive participants.
