Working with Virgin Pulse since 2012, Medtronic launched the Healthier Together program—including a 2015 Global Wellness Challenge (a steps-based virtual tour that drew 10,000+ participants), ongoing rewards through Recognize!, local wellness champions, multi-channel marketing, and integrations that surface 60+ personalized resources. The initiative scaled to 40K+ total participants with 85% sustained engagement and 50% of members personalizing interests, positively impacting employee wellbeing and reinforcing company culture.
