Longview Independent School District garners excellent outcomes in first year with Personify Health

Longview Independent School District, a Texas-based district with 1,200 employees, launched its first employee health and wellbeing program to better support staff amid pandemic-related strain and the teaching crisis. The district partnered with Personify Health to build an inclusive program that could improve whole-person wellbeing, strengthen engagement across all employee groups, and help reduce future medical costs.

Personify Health helped Longview ISD design and run the program using its engagement platform, quarterly challenges, off-platform events, a Wellness Champions network, peer recognition, and incentives. The first year delivered strong results: 49% higher-than-benchmark average monthly engagement, improved mental state of mind, increased activity among high-risk inactive members, and high satisfaction with the platform, while 100% of members reported social connections in the app.
