Wawa, the Pennsylvania-based convenience store and gas station chain with 978 locations, wanted to better engage its 45,000+ employees and create a more inclusive workplace by connecting wellbeing and DEI. The company saw employee health as mission-critical, but needed a way to make wellbeing part of its culture rather than a separate initiative. Personify Health partnered with Wawa to support that goal.

Personify Health implemented a wellbeing platform with resources, journeys, coaching, and client success support to integrate wellbeing and DEI across the organization. The results included a 23% lower employee attrition rate among Personify Health users, 65% of high-risk inactive members becoming more active, and an average incentive of $108 earned by members.
