Global Law Firm, one of the world’s largest law firms with 20,000 professionals across 200+ locations, wanted to make its annual Healthy Challenge more engaging during the pandemic. Working with Personify Health, the firm sought a way to boost employee wellness, reduce isolation, and bring teams together while also supporting a broader humanitarian purpose.

Personify Health provided the challenge platform and leaderboard for the 9-week program, which the firm tied to donations for Ukrainian relief through its foundation. The initiative, branded “Walk for Peace, Walk with Purpose,” created healthy competition and a shared goal, helping raise morale and engagement while driving more activity; for every 50 million steps logged on Personify Health, the firm pledged €5,000 up to €50,000.
