Global Banking Asset Management Company partnered with Personify Health after a major restructuring and layoffs increased employee stress. The company needed to simplify a confusing wellbeing landscape, improve engagement, and deliver a global program that still felt locally relevant across its many offices. It used Personify Health to help unify benefits navigation, wellbeing challenges, and mental health support.

Personify Health implemented targeted programs, custom challenges, charity challenges, and the Whil mental wellbeing offering, along with localized content and reward-based navigation. The results included more than 2,400 participants in a sleep challenge, over 1,200 members completing Whil sessions, nearly 7,000 Whil sessions completed in total, and a 6% increase in platform enrollment. By consolidating redundant vendors and improving personalization, Personify Health also helped the client reduce costs and strengthen engagement.
