A global technology and consulting firm with nearly 80,000 employees needed to increase awareness and use of its 40 wellbeing resources and drive enrollment in the Benefits Overview Program, a critical primer for employees with an HSA. The challenge was to educate a diverse workforce and encourage registration across many available internal and third‑party offerings.
The employer used Welltok’s consumer activation platform to organize resources, personalize outreach, and deliver a co‑branded experience—running 21 campaigns with 123 distinct emails. The effort achieved 83% employee registration on the platform, 90% completion of the Benefits Overview Program among employees with an HSA, 1.19 million clicks on the top 20 wellbeing resources, and increased awareness of priority programs.
