Driving a unified culture of wellbeing on a global scale with Bally’s

Bally’s, a global entertainment company with 10,000 employees across 9 offices, wanted to create a unified culture of wellbeing for a diverse workforce spread across casinos, resorts, and corporate locations. The challenge was to replace fragmented benefits and wellbeing tools with one easy-to-use solution that could engage employees worldwide, including hard-to-reach frontline teams. Personify Health partnered with Bally’s to support this goal with a single wellbeing platform.

Personify Health implemented a year-round, holistic wellbeing program covering mental, financial, physical health, and DE&I, plus campaigns, rewards, and regionally tailored benefits. The results were strong: 1,562 employees enrolled globally, engagement reached 62% during a step challenge, 43% formed new social connections, 72% of inactive high-risk individuals became more active, and 66% of high-risk obese participants lost weight. Bally’s also gave Personify Health a perfect 10/10 NPS score.
