Community Housing Limited, a non-profit providing affordable housing with 25 offices across inter-state Australia, Timor and Chile, struggled with fragmentation by function and geography and wanted a unified, inclusive and engaging culture that helped employees connect meaningfully.

They partnered with Virgin Pulse to run the 100-day Global Challenge for 154 employees, focusing on activity, nutrition, stress resilience, sleep and better habits, and built buy-in through wellbeing champions and visible leadership participation. The program drove cross-regional teams, sustained engagement via leaderboards and mini-challenges, stronger internal communications and emerging regional champions, with measured outcomes including 59% reporting improved productivity/concentration, 66% increased energy, ~80% meeting sleep recommendations and greater awareness, accountability and reduced stress (81%).
