A Personify Health Case Study

Preview of the Ericsson Case Study

Building a Global Culture of Innovation and Wellbeing

Ericsson, a global leader in Information and Communication Technology, set out to shift from a process-oriented model to a people-first culture by building a scalable wellbeing program for its Canadian workforce. Facing the need to foster a culture of health, address population health risks, and increase employee awareness of existing benefits, the company needed a tailored, engaging solution that would help employees bring their whole, authentic selves to work.

Led by Susanne Gensch and Ericsson’s E-Health initiative, the company partnered with Virgin Pulse to deploy a customizable platform with centralized communications, robust healthy challenges and a rewards-driven wellness champions network. The program drove strong engagement and measurable impact: 67% say Virgin Pulse makes Ericsson a better place to work, 67% are more aware of benefits, 52% feel more energetic, sick days fell by 28%, 68% of high‑risk inactive people became more active, and 94% of high‑risk hypertensive participants reduced their blood pressure.
