Emirates NBD Enables Predictive Campaign Generation with Persado’s AI-Generated Content Platform

Emirates NBD, one of the largest banks in the MENAT region, wanted a more objective way to understand what makes digital campaigns succeed so it could execute its 5R marketing strategy—right message, person, time, channel, and offer. The customer partnered with Persado and its AI language platform after finding it difficult to predict campaign performance or know which creative elements drove results.

Persado ran 29 language experiments across English and Arabic campaigns, especially Facebook ads, and then used predictive content generation to scale the learnings. The result was a 171% increase in leads in a campaign, along with 31% lower cost per click, 39% lower cost per lead, and a 42% improvement in autopay enrollment rate.
