The Arnold Group, a Wichita-based recruiting firm, wanted to preserve its strong employee culture while gaining better visibility into engagement and performance. Survey response rates reached as high as 70%, and PerformYard reinforced the company’s culture while providing actionable data for ongoing improvement.
