With PerformYard, J2 Interactive implemented monthly 1-on-1 touchpoints, annual 360 reviews on employee anniversary dates, and ongoing feedback collection with open-ended forms, private notes, and sign-off workflows. The process brought together input from self-appraisals, peers, clients, account managers, and reports, then shared the full review package transparently with employees; while no hard metrics were provided, the result was more consistent communication, better morale visibility, and fewer surprises in performance conversations.
