Enhancing Provider Satisfaction With Advanced Physician Scheduling Software

Clear Medical Imaging, an Ontario-based diagnostic imaging group with more than 100 staff across 13 facilities and over 350,000 studies annually, struggled with complex, manual scheduling. A single nurse spent 3–5 hours a month creating and editing Excel-based schedules, handling time-off requests by hand, and managing perceived favoritism and imbalance across shifts.
