Lenovo teamed up with Perch to overcome the challenge of standing out against competitors in retail outlets. Their objective was to encourage shoppers to physically interact with the new Flex 3 laptop and educate them on the benefits of its various configuration modes.
Perch implemented its interactive display solution, the PERCH Horizontal, in over 35 stores. This unit featured custom Lenovo branding and an experience that prompted users to pick up the product, leading to an average engagement time of two minutes per person. The solution drove an 81% lift in sales for the Flex 3 in stores with the Perch unit compared to those without.
