Sharp HealthCare, a large nonprofit health system with more than 19,000 employees, wanted a better way to listen to employees and keep engagement at or above the 90th percentile across its hospitals and medical groups. The organization needed a survey platform that was easy for HR and managers to use, could capture honest feedback, and would help leaders understand what mattered most to different employee groups. With Perceptyx, Sharp HealthCare streamlined survey administration, reporting, and action planning while gaining deeper visibility through dashboards, tier reports, and demographic cross-tabs. The results helped Sharp identify and address issues in communication, recognition, leadership visibility, benefits education, and retention strategy, with several initiatives showing measurable improvement in survey scores over time. The organization also expanded its listening strategy by adopting Perceptyx OnDemand for additional surveys, including telework and future lifecycle and exit surveys, strengthening its ability to continuously improve the employee experience.
