This employee input directly led to the standardization of the "Code Lavender" peer support program. As a result, perceptions of adequate training improved by +4.4 points, stress and burnout resource perceptions rose by +3.1 points, and inpatient staff turnover was reduced, demonstrating the measurable impact of the initiative.
