A Perceptyx Case Study

Preview of the C.H. Robinson Case Study

Amplifying Employee Voices Through Listening

C.H. Robinson partnered with Perceptyx to modernize its employee listening program and gain a more holistic view of the employee experience. The logistics company had been using outdated, biennial engagement surveys and limited exit data, but results took nearly six months to reach leaders and were hard to turn into meaningful action. As a result, employees had little confidence that feedback would lead to change.

With Perceptyx’s employee listening platform, C.H. Robinson moved to faster pulse surveys, dashboard access for managers, and more targeted questions tied to key moments in the employee journey. The company used the feedback to improve survey communication, shape its post-pandemic return-to-office strategy, and build a flexibility model for different worker personas. One pulse survey found that employees whose managers discussed survey results scored significantly higher on every other item, reinforcing the value of sharing feedback. Overall, Perceptyx helped C.H. Robinson increase employee confidence that their voices would be heard and used in decision-making.
