Retirement Benefits Fund (RBF), Tasmania’s public sector superannuation fund, faced a lack of compliance tracking and no visibility over employees’ learning. As a result, RBF can now monitor compliance and has increased staff capability, with blended learning forming the backbone of the organisation’s learning strategy.
