PeopleStreme delivered a centralized, automated HR platform that made objectives trackable, created a searchable L&D catalogue, and streamlined recruitment and onboarding workflows. As a result Rhipe cut the time HR spent on administrative tasks (notably onboarding), increased hiring-manager visibility and accountability, and established more efficient, auditable people processes—outcomes Rhipe credits directly to PeopleStreme.
