Case Study: MTC Australia achieves rapid integrated HCM rollout and improved performance culture with PeopleStreme

A PeopleStreme Case Study

Preview of the MTC Australia Case Study

Implementing a full Human Capital suite in a Not For Profit environment

MTC Australia is a not‑for‑profit social enterprise with nearly 500 staff across 30+ sites, delivering training and employment services to over 35,000 people annually. Facing finite, grant‑based funding and an absence of formal performance processes, MTC needed an integrated Human Capital Management (HCM) solution rather than a payroll‑centric system, and chose PeopleStreme to drive efficiency and support cultural change.

PeopleStreme delivered a full HCM suite—including Performance Management, Learning & Development, eRecruitment and WelcomeStreme—implemented simultaneously. The solution went live within five months; by early 2014 over 90% of employees had set and signed performance plans and hundreds of candidates populated the eRecruitment database. PeopleStreme’s system also provided the basis for MTC’s first short‑term incentive scheme and helped embed frontline accountability and more efficient use of grant funding.
