Community Mutual, a financial institution with about 250 staff across 29 locations in regional New South Wales, faced delays and miscommunication from a dispersed workforce. The rollout eliminated internal mail delays, put head office and branches on the same page, and increased employee engagement — reflected in improved results from Community Mutual’s 2015 Employee Engagement Survey — while providing the focus and systematic guidance leadership needed.
