PeopleStreme replaced paper reviews with a centralized Performance Management system that aligns KPIs to strategy and gives managers real-time visibility of performance and training needs. The rollout eliminated internal mail delays, put head office and branches on the same page, and increased employee engagement — reflected in improved results from Community Mutual’s 2015 Employee Engagement Survey — while providing the focus and systematic guidance leadership needed.
