Serco partnered long-term with the Instilled Learning Experience Platform to deliver live CEO broadcasts, on-demand updates, archived training, and a three-hour, eight-chapter new-hire orientation replacing a 200-slide deck. Instilled’s role-based access, device- and bandwidth-optimized playback, centralized media library, and production support helped drive results: the orientation logged 20,000 views over five years and quarterly CEO calls achieve about 80% participation, while video-based training and consistent cultural messaging are now standard across the company.
