Valassis’ MaxPoint Intelligence Platform is a hyper-local advertising product that began as an internal tool but had to be migrated for direct customer access. The team faced the challenge of making the application externally robust while gaining detailed visibility into both internal and external user behavior to guide product and UX decisions.

To solve this, MaxPoint used Pendo to tag features without engineering effort, segment internal and external users, and track which features get the most use.
