That variety left gaps in visibility—especially for on‑prem installations—and made it hard to aggregate usage and performance data across clients, forcing the team into a reactive support posture.
Infor implemented Pendo’s client‑side event capture and API to pull usage and page‑load performance into a custom dashboard, segmented by product and support team. The result: proactive outreach to customers before tickets arrive, faster prioritization of fixes based on real usage and load metrics, the ability to demonstrate performance improvements to large clients, and new business insights (including misaligned product revenue vs. usage) that informed pricing and go‑to‑market decisions.
