SignalPath embeds videos in guides to streamline clinical research client onboarding

SignalPath provides software that helps clinical researchers launch and manage increasingly complex clinical trials. As the company scaled, onboarding clients and new employees became inefficient: training videos lived on an external learning platform (Cincopa), forcing users to leave the product and search a separate LMS to find help.

SignalPath embedded those Cincopa videos directly into Pendo guides, tooltips and a Resource Center to deliver “just‑in‑time” in‑app training. The change increased video viewership and watch time, boosted overall platform engagement, and set the team up to use Pendo’s segmentation to target contextual video help by user task.
