ShowClix, a full-service event ticketing and access-control provider, needed a clear way to track adoption of new features while rolling out incremental changes, increase regular usage among existing clients, and entice new users to try its new task automation tool, Agent.
By using Pendo’s guides and walkthroughs to explain Agent, and Pendo’s feature tagging plus Path and Funnel analytics to identify drop-off points, ShowClix curated suggested tasks from early-adopter data and redesigned the UI to provide contextual help. Those changes restored usage to repeat spikes matching the initial launch and improved overall adoption and retention.
