Procore is an end-to-end construction management software company that serves a wide range of on-site and office-based users. Because jobsite workers need concise, non-distracting information while office teams need detailed data, Procore faced a challenge: its earlier in-app communications couldn’t be personalized or consistently targeted to the right user segments, limiting usability across diverse roles.
Procore integrated Pendo in-app guides into the product experience, using personalized guides and banners and establishing a “Pendo Strike Team” and Center of Excellence to standardize best practices. The change scaled quickly—dozens of teams and over a hundred employees adopted Pendo—resulting in more consistent messaging, increased user familiarity, better self-service, and improved efficiency and safety for customers.
