Splash is an event marketing platform that helps teams create, market, and measure virtual, in-person, and hybrid events. Although Splash regularly released new features, they needed better in-product guidance and role-specific onboarding to help different user types discover key functionality and get value faster, while also gaining visibility into how users interacted with the product.
Splash implemented Pendo in-app guides and a Resource Center to deliver personalized onboarding flows, contextual help, and targeted promotions (like webinars) that blend into the product experience. As a result, new users are creating events more quickly, Pendo-driven webinar promotions boost attendance by about 10–15%, and analytics from the guides provide actionable insights to improve the product and onboarding over time.
