Using Pendo (Guides, Analytics), R365 rolled out in-app release notes, tooltips, and mobile walkthroughs plus analytics integrated with Salesforce to monitor engagement and flag at-risk customers. The company created nearly 800 guides (593 tooltip-style guides viewed over 5 million times), achieved 95% adoption of the new mobile app across 22,000 employees, slashed training/support needs, and improved proactive churn prevention and overall user experience.
