How Credly combined Pendo and Calendly for quicker, deeper user research

Credly, the digital credential management platform, needed a faster, more effective way to identify the right customers for interviews and gather feedback without relying on time-consuming manual outreach. Using Pendo alongside Calendly, the product team wanted to embed scheduling directly into in-app guides and target users based on the features they were actively using.

Pendo helped Credly launch feature-targeted guides that let users book interviews from inside the platform, reducing back-and-forth email and broadening the pool of participants. The result was two to four times more valuable user feedback, deeper insight into usage and sentiment, and data-driven product decisions, including UI changes, feature retirement, and new onboarding efforts powered by Pendo analytics and Core Events.
