Casted, a B2B platform that helps companies launch and market podcasts, needed to prove product-market fit and boost engagement to attract investors and grow efficiently. By adopting Pendo for usage analytics, in‑app polls, and guided experiences, Casted identified low adoption of its clipping tool, added native podcast hosting to make clipping easier, and used guides to surface features like transcription.
