AusDoc, a long-running Australian doctor news and community platform, needed to evolve from a traditional print publication into a digital-first experience that could better engage both legacy readers and a younger, tech-savvy audience. To make that shift, AusDoc turned to Pendo, using Pendo Analytics and In-app Guides to better understand user behavior and communicate with members in-app.
With Pendo, AusDoc adopted a more data-driven approach, combining analytics and guidance in one platform to release guides in seconds instead of weeks and reduce reliance on engineering. The results included a 151% increase in monthly unique News Feed pageviews, a 132% lift in News Feed content engagement, and a 15.7% increase in monthly unique article pageviews.
