RingCentral, a product-led marketing team, used Pendo to create in-app welcome guides and tooltips that helped new users learn key features and improve adoption. As their usage grew, they needed a self-service way for customers to revisit tours and guidance on demand.

Pendo’s Resource Center gave RingCentral a central place for welcome guides, in-app tours, videos, support articles, chatbot access, and search. RingCentral said users who engaged with the Resource Center showed higher app retention over time, and the company also embedded Pendo walkthroughs into its own product so users could access feature spotlights and help content whenever needed.
