Truckstop.com, a freight software provider, needed to manage its largest-ever customer migration from an older rate platform to a new one while serving a diverse user base with different levels of comfort around digital change. The company used Pendo to help guide the transition, recruit early adopters, and keep customers informed throughout the process.

Using Pendo’s in-app guides and communications, Truckstop.com ran a four-phase migration with “coming soon,” “how to,” and “end of life” messaging, plus ongoing satisfaction surveys. The approach worked well: Pendo helped Truckstop.com more than double its target for opt-in customers, while also giving the team feedback and satisfaction data to improve the new platform and monitor adoption.
