Act-On Software, a marketing automation company, struggled to answer a simple question: who was using their product and why. Segmented dashboards—enriched with Salesforce data—also helped prioritize feature work, smooth retirements, and inform go‑to‑market decisions, with Pendo metrics becoming part of internal reporting and board presentations.
