Pendo enabled Locus to turn usage data into actionable guidance, including “Teach Me” onboarding and AI automations based on common tasks. As a result, workflows that once took 8–12 clicks were reduced to a single conversational interaction, common tasks were completed 40% faster in pilot sessions, 69% of testers rated Mycroft “extremely valuable,” and 58% said they were very likely to adopt it.
