The company needed a single source of truth to monitor inspection responsibilities and results, speed issue resolution, improve compliance tracking, and increase supplier accountability.

Using Pega Cloud the team built an integrated quality information management system with two initial apps—Inspection Control to assign and manage inspection responsibility and Line Call, an iPad app for line workers to report issues.
