Pega delivered a Contract Lifecycle Management solution in 14 weeks, giving ~3,500 procurement users dashboards, self-service reporting, and configurable process and rule management so procurement can make changes without IT. The automation is expected to save about 12,000 hours annually, enable up to $2M in value creation, and deliver $750K in cost reduction plus $500K in cost avoidance, while decommissioning legacy systems and improving SLA reporting and compliance.
