Rabobank, a major global bank serving 9 million clients, needed to modernize its slow, paperwork-heavy commercial loan and lease processes to stay competitive and improve customer experience. To address this challenge, Rabobank turned to Pegasystems and the low-code Pega Platform for lending and leasing.

Pegasystems helped Rabobank digitize and automate administrative steps, simplifying complex lending requirements and making the process far more efficient. As a result, loan approvals dropped from several weeks to 24 hours, lease approvals to 60 seconds, document requirements were cut from 10 to three, and Rabobank achieved annual cost savings of $80 million.
