Navistar, a manufacturer of commercial trucks, buses, and diesel engines with more than 1,000 dealers worldwide, was working to support its Navistar 4.0 and Vision 2025 initiatives while fixing a fragmented warranty environment made up of 13 legacy systems. It needed to modernize aftersales operations and improve experiences for dealers, customers, suppliers, and employees, so it turned to Pegasystems and Pega Warranty.

Pegasystems helped Navistar break the work into smaller minimum lovable products that could be delivered independently, speeding implementation and value realization. The first release went live in eight weeks, the project became self-funding early, and it paid for itself in the first release, while also improving ease of doing business and creating a reusable foundation for future contract sales growth.
